I've submitted my company, how do I edit my information?

At any point, you can login and click on your username at the top of the screen to see your company profile. Click on the 'edit' link next to the relevant category information to make any modifications.


Can I change my username, email or password?

You can change all three as a company user. As an individual user, you may only change your email and password.


Can I list my company in multiple categories using one account?

Yes. First, click on 'submit a company' to create a company account. At any point, you can login and click on your username at the top of the screen to see your company dashboard. Towards the bottom, you will see the 'Add a category' bar. Select a category from the drop down menu and click 'load survey'. You can submit as many categories as you wish.


How do I remove my company from a category? What about from the NextStep Directory?

What's the difference between a user account and a company account?

A company account is able to submit/edit a company on the NSD. Company accounts are also clearly identified as such when leaving a comment. In the future, as we add more features, the distinction will become increasingly relevant.


Can I submit a company from my individual user account?

At the current time, you can not submit a company from an individual user account. In order to list a company, please click on 'submit a company'. You will have to create a separate username and email address.
